Plain Language Workshop #2 Building your Writing, Design and Speaking Skills

In this session, you’ll continue using the plain language definition to guide your work: communications should be clear so readers can easily find, understand, and use the information they need. You will learn how to follow plain language structure and design principles, improve your plain-speaking skills, and test your communications with your audience. This session is facilitated by Plain Language Specialists Debbie Denault and Kathy Ball.
